As a Tyler native, Betty knows firsthand what a great place Tyler is to live and raise a family. After living in California and Hawaii for many years, Betty was happy to get back to her Tyler roots in 1996.

Betty holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University. She is married to Tyler attorney, Don Davidson, and they have three children.

Previous real estate experience includes Betty's work in Hawaii for the Honolulu Board of REALTORS where she was employed as the Professional Standards and Arbitration Committee secretary. She was also licensed to sell real estate in the state of Hawaii.

Betty has an extensive interior decorating background, and decorates model homes and stages homes for resale. "I just love houses! When I'm not showing and selling houses, I'm decorating or remodeling them.  I enjoy helping people find just the right place to make a home for their family. It just makes sense for me to be a REALTOR. I am committed to protecting my clients' interests and helping them negotiate a fair price and fair terms."
